1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OpenClaw Servers (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Service Description

OpenClaw Servers provides a managed platform for deploying, hosting, and managing AI agents and related infrastructure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.
  • Content Liability: You are solely responsible for the configuration, behaviour, and output of the AI agents you deploy. OpenClaw Servers is a neutral infrastructure provider and does not monitor or control the specific content generated by your agents.
  • Compliance: You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, including but not limited to generating malware, hate speech, or spam.
  • API Usage: You agree not to reverse engineer the Service or attempt to bypass any rate limits or security measures.
  • Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Hosting Subscriptions: Our Service operates on a subscription model. You pay a recurring fee for server hosting and infrastructure. AI model usage is billed directly by the API provider you choose — we do not mark up or intermediate those charges.
  • Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): You provide your own API keys for the AI providers you wish to use. These keys are stored securely and used solely to facilitate your agent's operations.
  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment — no questions asked. After the 14-day period, subscription payments are non-refundable. Refunds beyond this period are granted solely at our discretion in cases of technical error or service failure.
  • Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you with at least 14 days' notice before taking effect.

6. AI Disclaimer

Artificial Intelligence services are probabilistic. The AI agents hosted on our platform may generate incorrect, offensive, or inappropriate content (“Hallucinations”). OpenClaw Servers does not endorse, support, or guarantee the accuracy of any content generated by AI models running on our infrastructure. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated output before relying on it.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content, data, and configurations you submit to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OpenClaw Servers, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service; and
  • Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms or engage in activity that is harmful to the Service, its users, or third parties. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide you with notice and an opportunity to export your data before termination. In cases of severe or repeated breaches, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before initiating any formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days following written notice of the dispute.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
